With the wider team you will handle, and in some instances manage, the setting up, supporting and delivering of digital campaigns - made up of digital assets and digital media. Role overview We're looking for a passionate person to slot into our in-house digital team. You'll be digitally-minded; someone that's interested in the data, tangible behaviours and channels to help our clients reach the right audiences. With the wider team you will handle, and in some instances manage, the setting up, supporting and delivering of digital campaigns - made up of digital assets and digital media - to achieve results that answer the needs of existing clients and also those of potential new businesses, providing commentary and analysis of activity to help make further recommendations. Main responsibilities
- Day-to-day management and optimisation of holistic Google Ad accounts, including Paid Search, Display, Video, Shopping and GMB
- Day-to-day management and optimisation of paid social media campaigns
- Conduct weekly research to stay on top of changing trends and algorithm changes from the bigger DSPs such as Google, Bing, Facebook etc.
- Support the wider digital team on larger digital media campaigns inputting into Search, Display and paid social campaigns across several RBH clients
- Become a key part of the planning and set up process for new campaigns and client onboarding, making recommendations based on provided insight and helping clients understand the choices made
- Respond to client briefs as part, of the wider team, with thought through, digital media planning to explain choices of channel, audience and placements.
- Present End of Campaign performance, make recommendations based on insights
- Write commentary eloquently and succinctly for clients and agency on a monthly/EOC basis
- Provide reports and comfortably talk through successes, as well as areas of opportunity and learning to clients - face-to-face, on Teams and in written communications as required
- Use experience in making daily, weekly, monthly optimisations that lead to increase in ROAS or decrease in CPL/CPS/CPA
- Consider digital user journeys, buying signals and working with the team to make active recommendations
- Build rapport with clients and remain fully transparent in communications with any member of staff or client with regards to project delivery and performance
- Attend and participate in Agency meetings, (e.g. Work in Progress, Account team meetings)

Core competencies
- Take client briefs and accurately communicate them to relevant teams, updating systems and records as required
- Prepare and deliver clear internal briefs to teams as required, ensuring all information is accurate and all necessary supporting materials are attached
- Gather background information and insights to assist campaign planning using relevant tools, including RBH licensed platforms
- Present and sell-in recommendations and proposals effectively, whether through written or verbal presentation and feedback to internal teams
- Effective daily liaison with all relevant agency departments (creative, design, artwork, production, social, PR and support services) in a timely and concise manner, to ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timeframes
- Thoroughly copy check all external communications and test links as well as RBH communications such as proposals, quotes, production schedules, briefs, reports and other documents, ensuring they are presented on the correct RBH document templates, before sending to clients
- Closely monitor job/project time, media costs and income against estimates ensuring jobs are delivered within budget. Where time and costs arise outside original estimates ensure these are appropriately passed on to the client through accurate re-quotes that optimisemargin/profitability
- Keep abreast of developments in the industries occupied by your clients together with developments in digital industry specifically and, more generally, the business world, current affairs, social trends and popular culture
- Provide support for client and internal meetings - e.g. booking rooms, preparing agendas and refreshments, checking equipment, welcoming clients, taking notes, completing and circulating contact reports within 48 hours of the meeting/contact taking place
- Undertake any such other duties that RBH may reasonably require
- Highlight possible opportunities for business development for the mutual benefit of your clients and RBH, working within project teams for Business Development to develop new client opportunities, as required
Entry requirements Maths and English GCSE - at Grade C/4 or above. Training to be provided Advertising & Media Executive Level 3 Standard - An advertising and media executive will help with the day to day progress of the whole advertising process, from receiving the brief from the marketing team, including objectives, budget and timescales, through to the measurement of how effective the advertisement has been. In their daily work, they will interact with many other people, processes and systems. (For example the client, 3rd party suppliers, the broad team at the agency.) They help campaigns move forward, coping with inevitable setbacks and changes in direction (some at the last minute), whilst showing collaboration and maintaining relationships with all. Usually, they report to an Account or Media Manager. They usually specialise in one of two parts of the advertising process: the first is the process of producing the advertisement (creative); the second is the process of distributing the advertisement (media).
