Job Responsibility:

Job Summary:We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential care and support to an elderly Lady who lives on her own in Wareham and has Alzheimer's, needing a live in carer to be around for support at all times of the day. to work on a variable rota, starting asap and finishinng on the 17th April then most likely on a 3 week off, 3 week on schedule. The role involves assisting with daily living activities and ensuring the well-being of our client. This role is not highly intensive as the client is curently bed bound, the client needs support every couple of hours throughout the day and occasssionally overnight.

Duties:- Providing personal care to client such as bathing, changing clothes, changing pads, hair washing and nail care- Administering medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals- Offering emotional support and companionship to clients- Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate medical personnel- Supporting clients with household tasks and meal preparation- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for clients

Experience:The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:- Previous experience in nursing home, home care, live in care or senior care settings- Proficiency in providing patient care with empathy and respect- Knowledge of first aid procedures and medication administration- Familiarity with hospice care principles is advantageous
