Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Alliances and Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist the alliances team in identifying potential clients and generating leads through research and outreach.
• Support the preparation of alliances presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes to help track discussions and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of alliances activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance alliances strategies and improve operations processes.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
• Help organise promotional events and campaigns to increase brand awareness.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
