Taunton Hospital | Radiology | Bank Working – Ad hoc | Part-Time

Up to £20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Radiographer at our Taunton hospital, you’ll bring high levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately. You have a great eye for detail and you’re caring by nature. You hold a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent to meet the registration requirements of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), a postgraduate qualification and excellent teamwork skills.

As a Radiographer, you will:

• Help deliver our high-quality diagnostic imaging service

• Experience a varied caseload in the department, on the ward and in theatre

• Work with leading practitioners and new practices, equipment and facilities

• Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures

• Supervise and develop junior colleagues

• Ensure that what you do is delivered with sensitivity and compassion
