Role Overview

The Junior Call Centre Assistant will play a key role in supporting outbound and inbound call activities, assisting in market research, customer engagement, and promoting client campaigns. This is an ideal entry-level position for someone looking to grow within the marketing and communications industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services
• Answer incoming calls, respond to enquiries, and provide basic support or guidance
• Record and update customer information accurately in our system
• Assist in generating leads and booking appointments for the sales team
• Follow scripts and training guidelines to maintain a consistent message
• Support marketing campaign efforts by collecting customer feedback
• Escalate any complex queries to the appropriate team members
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills
