What are we looking for?We are seeking a skilled and proactive European Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The role is based in Loma System’s Headquarters in Farnborough and is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for our Dutch, French and German units.

What will you be doing?

• Accounting for the business unit, including month-end closing and reporting.
• Budgeting, planning and forecasting.
• Commissions accrual and processing.
• Employee expenses review.
• Payment runs review.
• VAT and other statutory filings.
• Stock analysis, including obsolescence.
• Balance Sheet and banks reconciliations.
• Assistance with audits of the business unit.
• Other finance and accounting activities related to the business unit.

What do we need from you?

• Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent).
• Experience: Post-qualification experience in management accounting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret and explain financial data.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.

Job Type: Fixed term contractContract length: 5 months

Pay: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
