About the Role:We're looking for a talented and passionate Video Editor to join our football YouTube channel for the 2025/26 season. You'll be responsible for editing one video per week across a 20-game season, capturing the energy, emotion, and highlights of each matchday.

What You'll Do:

• Edit and deliver one engaging YouTube video per week (matchday recap, vlog, or creative content)
• Work with raw match footage and additional media (interviews, fan clips, graphics)
• Add music, transitions, on-screen graphics, and titles to enhance viewer experience
• Ensure all content aligns with the channel's tone, pacing, and brand identity
• Collaborate remotely with the team for timely delivery and feedback

Requirements:

• Proven experience editing YouTube content - ideally in sports or football
• A strong portfolio or examples of previous editing work (links required)
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and engagement techniques specific to YouTube
• Ability to meet weekly deadlines consistently during the season
• Strong communication skills and a passion for football

Nice to Have:

• A love for grassroots or semi-professional football content
