SWIM MANAGER

At The Reef Leisure Centre – Sheringham

Part time position 15 hours per week- Competitive Salary + benefits

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at the recently opened £11 million state-of-the-art facility, The Reef Leisure Centre in Sheringham Norfolk. This role would suit someone looking for progression and join the management team. It is vital that candidates must be target driven with high customer service standards.

We need a Swim Manager who will

· Implementation of the swimming strategy

· Delivery, development and commercial growth of swimming scheme

· Manage and deliver a successful school swimming programme

· It is essential that you can form strong working relationships with both the swimming team and our sporting partners.

· That you can work both alone and as part of a team to motivate colleagues to deliver to the highest standard.

The role will involve working days, evenings and weekends.
