About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Belvedere Park Nursing Home. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive pay rate of up to £22 per hour, including paid breaks. The role involves a mix of clinical duties and supernumerary time, with a roughly 50/50 split between hands-on care and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality clinical leadership and support to the nursing team.
• Deliver person-centered care to residents, ensuring the highest standards of practice.
• Oversee and manage clinical processes, ensuring compliance with care standards.
• Work a flexible shift pattern, including a mix of 6-hour and 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm).
• Support the transition from paper-based systems to PCS (scheduled for April ).
• Mentor and guide staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

Requirements:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
• Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a care home or similar setting.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
• Flexibility to work across 7 days, including a mix of short and long shifts.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of care standards and a proactive approach to implementing best practices.
