Canada Water Cafe is a busy local restaurant in South East London - 2 minutes walk from Canada Water Station.
Our kitchen is small but we serve we serve an authentic Italian menu that customers love. Under our new head chef we are focussing on a rustic home made trattoria menu with a strong focus on fresh pasta which we make every day. We use great suppliers and have real pride in the food that leaves the kitchen.
We are an independent restaurant and this means that we can offer the chance for you to get experience rapidly and put your own ideas onto the menu.
Dinner is home made pasta and pizza as well as Italian main courses - all made in house. We also serve the English breakfast which is popular all week long especially at the weekend.
We are looking for a flexible junior sous chef to help manage the kitchen.
Pay is around £40,000 plus opportunity for performance bonus plus staff food and uniform.
