“`Job Overview:We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester to join our team. As an employee, you will be responsible for conducting vehicle inspections to ensure they meet safety and environmental standards., service and repairs to very high standards along with investigations and diagnostics to a satisfactory level. This is a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our customers and maintaining vehicles to a high standard.

Duties:- To carry out all aspects of vehicle repair wether being investigations, diagnostics and repairs to the highest standards.

-regular maintenance of workshop equipment

-excellent house keeping duties

Requirements:- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for vehicle inspections and repairs- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the inspection process- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or defects

-very strong and efficient investigation /diagnostic processes.- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with customers regarding inspection results and necessary repairs- Valid MOT Tester license/certification (or willingness to obtain)- Valid driver’s license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
