Job Overview

Jason and Philip Serviced Accommodation are seeking a dedicated and proactive Junior Property Manager to support us in the daily operations of looking after our short stay propertis or Airbnb's in Cheltenham, Gloucester and the wider Cotswolds. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, have a background in hospitality and will be capable to looking after guests staying in our homes and will have to be hands on with our cleaning team, overseeing the changeovers to ensure they are perfect for our guests. This role requires a blend of administrative capabilities and hands-on management, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and that tenant satisfaction is prioritised.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring they are maintained to high standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service. .

Requirements

• Proven experience in hostility or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in phone etiquette, demonstrating professionalism in all communications. .
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
