As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and exceptional Operations Director/Managing Director to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead the operations of our organisation in the South West and ensure that every aspect of our service meets the highest standards of care.

The role is based within our South West region covering a geography from Gloucester to Dorset so requires someone with the capacity to travel between settings.

As the OD, you will be part of the strategic backbone of our organisation, leading the operational functions while ensuring our mission and values are consistently reflected in everything we do.

You will bring your passion for excellence and experience in managing day-to-day operations, working alongside our team to implement innovative processes, enhance efficiencies, and create a seamless experience for both staff and families.

Although this location is showing as Swindon, we encourage applicants from anyone that meets our criteria and is willing to travel between the South West from Gloucester to Dorset.

The candidate must have a Level 3 or above in Childcare, have worked as a Nursery Manager and a Senior Operator (Regional Manager or above) for 4+ years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
