Administrator
Salary:£28,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
Location:Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1SX

What you'll be doing;
- To be the first point of contact to receive and respond to telephone enquiries and any mail/email queries from customers relating to the Business unit's services.
- To assist in the operation of the weighbridge system, ensuring data is inputted correctly.
- Generate purchase orders and receipt supplier invoices on the payment system.
- Input weekly wage details into the payroll system and assist with queries.
- Run weekly and monthly reports to check data accuracy systems
- Provide holiday / sickness cover for other office personnel.
- Ensure that Company aims and objectives are met as well as ensuring that duties are completed in an efficient manner with a level of professionalism maintained at all times.
What we're looking for;
- Previous Administration experience.
- Educated to GSCE standard or equivalent.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach
- A basic understanding of the Google suite
