Job OverviewFlexperience is delighted to be supporting a global organisation that has a local feel to help them to find a Customer Experience Representative to join their team on a fixed term contract of 6 months. They are happy to consider part time or full time hours but please note that you will need to work from their office in Brockworth.

They are looking with someone with proven experience in a customer service role but with a focus on transactions. You will be handling customer enquiries via phone, email and chat.

Duties

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide detailed product information to customers.
• Maintain and process customer data.
• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes.

Please note that the salary listed is the FTE and will need to be pro-rated depending on the agreed hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contractContract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
