Job Title: Piping Supervisor

Location: Wrexham

Contract length: 10-12 weeks

Weekly hours: 44 hours Monday - Friday

We specialise in the installation of highly regulated process piping systems, delivering high-quality solutions for blue chip clients across the Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, and Petrochemical sectors.

Job Overview:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required standards. This hands-on role involves supervising trades, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining site documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site activities to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate subcontractor work and make sure it follows the project plan.
• Conduct daily site briefings and safety talks.
• Monitor progress and report updates to the Site/Project Manager.
• Plan work in advance and ensure resources are available when needed.
• Issue work packs to tradesmen with necessary details and instructions.
• Handle day-to-day tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain site records, including diaries, checklists, and inspection reports.
• Resolve on-site problems and escalate major issues to management.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure proper use of PPE

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and site procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNSG, CSCS card)

Rate details

PAYE (NAECI Categorised )

• Basic rate - £24.66
• Rate A - £34.52
• Rate B - £44.38
• IBA Payment - £1.50/hour - released Weekly upon all site agreed hrs worked.
• Travel & Fares - As per NAECI
