Maintenance Operative

We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Member to join our small team at Woodhall Country Park reporting directly to the General Manager & the Maintenance Controller.

Duties will include a range of tasks consisting of general maintenance repairs to our large park rental fleet along with the privately owned Lodges.

Summary of Main Duties

This is a varied role with key responsibilities being but not limited to:

• Preventative maintenance and basic repairs on Lodges & Buildings.
• Basic Plumbing, ability to externally plumb and water test holiday Lodges.
• Ability to Site units would be advantageous.
• Completion of planned maintenance and site projects including slab laying, fencing, basic joinery, sewerage management.
• Plant driving experience would be ideal but not a necessity as training can be provided.
• Ensuring all work undertaken is completed and appropriately recorded on the management system.
• Hot Tub Maintenance.
• Essential Requirements:
• High level of interpersonal skills and good communication skills
• Experience in groundwork
• Be self-motivated with a positive attitude along with a can do attitude
• A practical personality with the ability to work both as a team player and on their own initiative
• The ability to carry out basic repairs on Holiday Lodges
• A full clean driving license
• Working week will consist of working every other weekend. Then a 8:30 - 5:00 general shift pattern. With some out of hours Warden responsibilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,500.00 per year
