Arrow is the UK's largest airport Private Hire transport provider. We are trusted to deliver a professional, high quality service throughout our business.We are looking for a Taxi Controller to join our amazing team.You will be fully trained on our computer systems.

Responsibilities and Duties- Managing dispatch using our Autocab Dispatch system (Experienced in other systems is acceptable as full training will be given

Dealing with passenger's face to face- Inbound and outbound phone calls- Working in a fast-paced environment- Solving problems- Helping customers- Answering emails

Qualifications and Skills- Experience in Taxi control

Autocab system experience but not essential

Excellent communication skills- Computer Literate- Strong customer service skills- Motivated and professional

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £13.50 per hour
