We are pleased to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Car Sales & Operations manager to join our team.

The right candidate will have leadership skills and oversee the successful car sales and operations side of the business.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our Directors and CEO as we re organise and re structure the car sales and operations side of the business.

DUTIES:

• Manage and oversee activities of the operations departments
• Work with external parties to develop and maintain positive business relationships
• Motivate and inspire Managers and Sales Executives under their direction and departments to deliver high quality results
• Evaluate plans and proposals related to effective values, policy limitations, cost of program and administration and recommend such changes as to improve quality, reduce costs or otherwise bring proposals in line
• Work closely with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns

ABOUT YOU:

• Experience in a similar role is advantageous
• structured and process driven
• Knowledge of new and used car sales
• A passion for the automotive industry
• Good understanding of vehicle customisation and aftermarket conversions
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Proven track record in the automotive industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with emphasis on car sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

Please note, the ideal candidate will be paid a basic salary of £45,000 with OTE earnings £60k +
