Are you an experienced, passionate chef ready to take the next step in your culinary career? Harry's Restaurant, a much-loved independent eatery in the heart of Exeter, is looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team.

The Role:As Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen. You'll help lead the team, maintain high standards, and ensure smooth service in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in menu planning, prep, and service
- Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Maintain health & safety and food hygiene standards
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
About You:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
- Calm under pressure with excellent time management
- A genuine love of food and a strong team ethic
