Key tasks and accountability

• To assist effective supervision of delivery of events along side Events Manager
• When events are not taking place, to assist with the delivery of the restaurant
• Solely responsible for the evening and close down of the events
• To act as a Duty Manager as required
• To promote a customer service focused culture
• To assist in the management outcomes, customer reviews etc
• To ensure the use of current standard operating procedures
• Acting as an ambassador for the business
• To ensure the effective supervision, motivation, training and development for the team
• Responsible for checking in deliveries to the cellar

Experience

• Hotel, restaurant, pub or barista experience preferred
• Events experience preferred
• Enthusiasm to progress
• Eager to learn
• Experience working in busy working environment

Days / Hours

• Hours to cover Lunch and Dinner, midweek and weekends.
