WHAT TO EXPECT This role has a significant part to play in ensuring our Conversational Channels deliver a consistently on-brand Customer-Centric Experience. We are transitioning to a technology stack globally that allows us to simplify the process to serve our customers & prospects allowing our people to focus on the ensuring we are delivering a timely modern luxury experience. We are seeking a self-starter to come and join the Marketing Technology team to help our maturity in the Conversational Channels space whilst starting to grow our own knowledge and expertise. Key Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional global and market teams to understand business requirements and shape a modern luxury Conversational Channels experience Prioritise Customer Love in the delivery of incremental functionality and features, managing a backlog of demand for new and improved Conversational capabilities Lead the development team/s on the configuration, customisation, and delivery of Conversational Channels to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of channels to markets. Utilise reporting and analytics tools to monitor key performance metrics globally and at market level, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth Work with matched pair in Digital to make technology recommendations which best complements the to-be technology stack WHAT YOU'LL NEED Significant experience delivering capabilities on conversational channels (Web Chat, WhatsApp, Social Messaging) Experience delivering new SaaS capabilities Understanding of digital tools / platforms (CMS, CRM, Analytics, etc.) Strong project management background. Strong interpersonal/communication skills, including ability to support cross functional relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
