Job Description :

Following a £1m refurbishment the Bosco Lounge is bringing a slice of Mayfair to Surbiton. A sumptuous new setting. The finest cocktails, Mexican and Peruvian inspired small plates, accompanied by a killer playlist.

A combination of glamour, elegance and sophistication, creating a vibe that will be unforgettable.

We are looking for a standout candidate to come and be involved in launching and recruiting a brand new team at the biggest new cocktail bar opening in September .

The ideal candidate will be charismatic, a real ‘people person’, fostering a strong team morale and relationships with our regular clientele, making Bosco and themselves part of the community.

You must be happy to work late evenings, and able to manage a small team independently as well as being commercially aware, the role requires plenty of creativity and passion for cocktail making. With a busy kitchen too, experience in training and waiting tables is an absolute must.

The Cocktail Bar & Club Manager will:

• Participate actively in the running of the Bar taking the lead on all things service and promote a positive guest experience

• Be the face of Hotel Bosco, setting the example and supporting every single team member.

• Positively influence and lead in recruiting, training and developing the team.

• Be experienced with a similar role for at least 3 years in trendy concepts in and around London.

• Oversee all communication channels including social media to ensure the correct messaging of the Hotel Bosco concept.

• Manage the day to day operation of all aspects of Hotel Bosco including the 20 boutique bedrooms.

• Handle stock control, meet and exceed targets, and submit all relevant reports

• Work with Guest relations with regard to problem resolution

• Maintain a flexible attitude towards working hours and tasks, prioritising business needs at all times.

• Report to the Managing Director and work to maximise and deliver the Hotel Bosco concept

• Manage, record and maintain compliance with all essential Health, Safety, Hygiene and Licencing regulations. Hold a personal licence
