Job Description :
Maintenance Operative – 18 hours per week
We are looking for caring, sensitive, compassionate individuals to join our care team to support the delivery of a high quality service to our service users, enhancing their quality of life, whilst promoting independence. It is essential that each of our homes is well maintained creating a warm and homely environment. Duties will include maintenance and upkeep of the building ensuring that regular maintenance checks are undertaken, reporting issues and coordinating sub-contractors who visit the home.
