Job Responsibility:
Jack & Jones is one of Europe's leading producers of Menswear with more than 1000 stores across 38 countries. We are currently looking to recruit a Supervisor for our brand new store in Forestside Shopping Centre. The ideal candidate will be a fashion forward person looking for a career in retail. The new shop will be opening on June 13th.
Role & Responsibilities:
-Ensuring general store standards and stock replenishment is carried out/maintained on a daily basis.
-Providing the highest levels of customer service to ensure all customers leave our store feeling Proud, Secure & Satisfied.
-Styling customers.
-Commit to achieving daily store KPI's & Sales Targets.
-Ensuring you represent the brand in a positive manner at all times.
Ideal Candidate:
-Previous fashion retail experience is essential.
-Have a keen interest in fashion and keeping up with current trends.
-Should have a good attitude, be driven and preferably interested in further development within the business.
-Should have previous experience/proven track record of their ability to sell and reach individual KPI targets.
-Be able to work as part of a team to achieve overall store target
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
8-10 hour shift

Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
