The successful post holder will play an integral role in the day to day repairs and maintenance of the Housing Stock within an allocated neighbourhood.

You will oversee the provision of responsive repairs, maintenance and void property refurbishment, working closely with the Housing Operations team and contractors to ensure safe, first class repair and management services to tenants and leaseholders.
