Job Responsibility:

Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

(Free on-site parking/walking distance of town centre)

As part of a small team, your role will involve taking responsibility for all administration and reports regards calls and incidents coming in from our UK wide field-based engineering team. In addition, you will organise the planned preventative maintenance provided under contract to our large retail customers.

Working hours are 37.5/week on a rota covering Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 5 pm and one weekend in four Saturday 8 am to 8 pm/Sunday 9 am to 6 pm, which attracts additional payment. Weekend working is home based.

Previous experience in similar administrative roles is required, although full training will be given on our systems and processes, as is a minimum of GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above. Computer literate (Microsoft Office), with a good command of written and spoken business English, you can organise your own workload and are able to work under the pressure of deadlines when required.
