About the job
We are looking for E-com Operation Manager reporting to E-Com Channel manager of TP-Link UK Ltd. You will be part of sales team to assess the sales functions, objectives and help to managing existing customer relationship, and with additional responsibilities added as our business continue to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with agencies (AMZ DSP Agency, Google Ads Agency, Tiktok Ads Agency, and etc) to deliver the best-in-class content and design, balancing business results with brand presence.
- Manage commercial KPIs, including traffic, CTR%, CVR%, basket and return%, ROI, driving collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Generate keywords, analyse search term reports, and optimize keywords for sponsored ads, product listings on Amazon and Shopify.
- Coordinate new product launch campaigns and GTM Strategies in the UK. Collaborating with relevant teams to build innovation projects.
- Organize the Ecommerce marketing calendar to drive business growth, including brand campaigns, mega events, and regular promotions.
- Build the best-in-class user experience on Amazon and Shopify platforms, enhancing brand penetration.
- Ensure smooth order processing by liaising with Supply Chain and Customer Service teams and chasing up on projects/outstanding matters etc.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- At least Bachelor's degree in any disciplinary;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
- Experience of Amazon listing creation & optimisation in relation to SEO, readability, traffic and conversion;
- Experience with Digital Marketing, such as shopify website optimization, and paid Media;
- Ability to work cross-culturally and adapt to different working practices and principles;
- Ability to understand the needs of business to business environment;
- Ability to liaise closely with partners and other departments and cope well under the pressure of tight deadlines on numerous projects;
- Highly numerate with the ability to work with, and draw conclusions from data;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English;
- Preferable photoshop skills.
