Job Responsibility:

As an eCommerce Marketing Manager at The Permanent Jewellery Company, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales on our eCommerce platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills, particularly in WooCommerce, and a deep understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives and increase brand awareness and online sales.

- Manage and optimise the company's WordPress-based eCommerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and effectively supports marketing campaigns.

- Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing and affiliate marketing.

- Work closely alongside the Graphic Designer to create engaging content for the website, blog and social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals.

- Implement and monitor SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting lists and analysing performance.

- Utilise analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives on the website.

- Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise ROI.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an eCommerce Marketing Manager or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing channels.

- Proficiency in WordPress, including experience with themes, plugins, and customisation.

- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Experience with marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Experience with budgeting and resource allocation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
