Job Responsibility:
We are looking for an organised and dynamic Administrator to join our Allied Health Professional Administration Team in Oldham. The role will involve providing a high quality and comprehensive secretarial / administrative service to support our clinical teams, including the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems. The post holder will often be the first point of contact and a focal point for the services and be able to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external contacts using a variety of methods, whilst at the same time ensuring that the highest standards are maintained in line with the Trust's policies and procedures. Collate, input and extract data using NHS systems. Handling sensitive and confidential information in line with the Trust's Data Protection and Governance policies and procedures. To work as part of the team, relating and interacting effectively with colleagues at all levels.
