Early years’s education allows children to acquire vital skills allowing them to listen to others and share their own ideas. Children can make friends, learn to share, cooperate and become accountable for their actions, all within a safe, comfortable and stimulating environment.

Many of our past graduates are now in managerial positions and are contributing to the education and well being of our next generation of Teachers, astronauts, politicians, NHS staff and beyond….

As a new graduate you will gain exposure and have the opportunity to learn through working in real roles and real environments. Development is a priority for everyone at Climbing High Nurseries, and for you that would mean special attention on how you can achieve your potential.

You will have structured training to meet the Early Years Education criteria, a personal mentor and the opportunity to develop a growing educational approach supported by the early years learning platform The Early Years Network.

As well as a fundamental head start in a secure and growing industry and to help you achieve your ambition as either a high flying manager or a well regarded Early Years Educator, we pay well and offer a generous starting salary of £27,000.00 to £30,000.00

Qualifications

– A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, however, professional experience can be submitted if applicable

– You must have a full UK driving licence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
