No two days are the same and your responsibilities will vary daily. First and foremost you will anticipate the needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests' expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Each day you can expect to :

• Regularly interact with our guests to ensure they have everything needed
• Assist with arrivals and departures
• Serve drinks to guests through out the hotel
• Assist with deliveries
• Maintain brand standards, keeping areas in and around the hotel clean and presentable
• Support with the turndown service
• Handle incoming telephone calls, transferring calls to guests rooms and taking messages
• A ‘No job is not my job' philosophy
• Ensuring room service trays are set up for guests
• Confidently set up a table for room service

• Someone who is naturally warm and has a caring approach
