Main Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and distribution of the rotas to the team, via the time and attendance system.
• Support HR paperwork to make sure we are compliant including RTW documentation
• To take notes at Food forums, disciplinary, grievance and investigation meetings as requested
• Build and create chef packs with food specification sheets
• Manage Office supplies, stock levels and orders.
• Support H&S processes and completion of key paperwork
• To complete filing, shredding and photocopying in a timely manner
• To complete all Administration in compliance with Environment, Health and Safety and Food

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

• Be self-motivated
• Be a team worker with a flexible approach
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Have excellent IT skills
• Possess good communication skills, both verbally and written
• Have excellent understanding of customer care

Desirable

• Have excellent note taking skills
• Previous catering experience
