Key Responsibilities:

• Establishment of company organizational framework.
• Develop and structure various investment products encompassing equity and debt instruments.
• Perform financial analysis, modeling, and research crucial for corporate decision-making. Aid in the creation of financial reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Evaluate and interpret financial data, industry-specific developments, and market trends.
• Contribute extensively to financial modeling for business planning and investment activities.
• Support in evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate across departments to assess financial performance and suggest enhancements.
• Continuously monitor and analyze the financial health of the company and market trends.
• Participate in ad-hoc financial projects as necessary.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance preferably in Fintech and Real Estate. Possession of a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis or corporate finance. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting. Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
