The Role
The RevOps Intern role will support across a number of functional areas, taking ownership of reporting and insights projects, process mapping and improvement, and gaining wider insight into operations within a fast-growth scale up. The role is a summer internship from June to September. You will be required to attend our offices in London minimum 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting: develop, improve and maintain dashboards and reporting across sales, marketing and customer teams, as well as supporting on operations reporting.
Process improvement and maintaining documentation across key areas of the GTM organisation. Researching and enacting best practice methodology,
Help maintain and improve our CRM and other revenue-related tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the business.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
Contribute to projects aimed at improving our revenue operations cycle
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
An analytical mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent communication skills.
Understanding of CRMs is a plus.
