About the job:

Your role will encompass both ensuring client satisfaction on the various client engagements and projects through hands-on delivery and oversight; alongside driving quality in the team through recruitment, training and people management.

• Management and leadership of team including training and mentoring junior team members; performance and quality management; resource planning across multiple client engagements; account management and billing.
• Managing the ongoing maintenance support and enhancement of core reinsurance platforms for reinsurance clients (with a focus on DXC SICS/Assure Reinsurance) including helpdesk function, bug triage and resolution, business analysis activities, configuration enhancements, developing custom built reports, and running system administration activities.
• Working with clients to identify and implement process improvements around the usage of reinsurance core systems.
• Supporting on core reinsurance platform implementation and integration projects including (but not limited to): system implementation & data migrations; building and testing new interfaces/integrated platforms; implementation of new modules; system upgrades.
• Assisting with business development opportunities around core system services for new and existing clients. Topic oversight for core reinsurance system topics within the organisation.

About you:

• You bring a minimum of 7 years' experience in a Reinsurance / Insurtech or consultancy firm with exposure to Reinsurance clients.
• You are educated to bachelor's degree level, it is a bonus if you are holding an advanced degree (MA, MSc or MBA) and/or additional qualifications.
• You have experience working with/implementing DXC SICS/Assure Reinsurance and/or other reinsurance core systems. Preference is that you have experience across multiple modules within the system and ideally experience configuring the system.
• You have experience leading and managing teams, developing training strategies and implementing these.
• Your advanced communication, presentation and facilitation skills enable you to effectively manage stakeholders and build long-term relationships with clients.

Good to have:

• Experience/knowledge of running technology operations function for business platform(s).
• Experience developing with SAP Business Objects reporting.
• Experience supporting with sales/presales activities.
