Job Responsibility:

```Duties```- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in various subjects, including but not limited to math, science, English, and social studies.- Assess students' academic needs and develop personalized lesson plans to address their specific areas of improvement.- Utilize effective teaching strategies and resources to engage students and enhance their understanding of the subject matter.- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents/guardians.- Collaborate with classroom teachers and parents/guardians to ensure alignment with curriculum goals and student learning objectives.- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including attendance, progress notes, and assessment results.

```Qualifications```- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting.- Strong knowledge in the subject(s) being tutored, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.- Familiarity with tutoring techniques and strategies, including differentiated instruction and scaffolding.- Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish rapport with students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.- A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is preferred but not required.- Special education experience or training is a plus.
