Customer Service and Sales Advisor

Salary £24,000

Infinity Motorcycles Online has a great opportunity for an individual in a busy, thriving team for 5 days a week from Friday to Tuesday (Days off Wednesday and Thursday)

The position is a Customer Service and Sales Advisor based in Camberley, Surrey.

The job will include.

· Answering inbound calls: new sales, customer orders, and returns processing.

· Processing orders

· Dealing with inbound inquiries from customers via email main inbox.

· Helping other departments during the week with some admin work.

· Processing general admin for the Online department.

· Working Friday to Tuesday including weekends

Desired Attributes.

· A keen knowledge of Motorcycles and Motorcycle Clothing Products.

· Excellent communication skills

· Basic PC literacy

· Good written English

· Good attention to detail when working quickly

· Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure.

Full training on all aspects of the job will be given including systems used day to day.
