Job Responsibility:
Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Assistant who is fluent in English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a talent for upselling and basic maths. As a till assistant you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and support to our diverse clientele.
Duties:- Communicate effectively in English to assist customers with inquiries and transactions- Demonstrate proficiency in basic maths for accurate transactions and inventory management- Sell products or services by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options- Efficiently manage time to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills:- Proficiency in English- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues- Ability to maintain good hygiene and cleanliness of the store- Basic maths skills for accurate calculations during transactions- Ability to safely and quickly prepare customer orders- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks
