Job Responsibility:
We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as an ICT Team Administrator. The primary purpose of the ICT Team Administrator role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the ICT department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the team. This includes managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating team schedules and meetings, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
The ICT Team Administrator will serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the procurement and management of ICT resources, such as hardware, software, and licenses, and contributing to the implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
Overall, the ICT Team Administrator plays a vital role in enabling the ICT team to function effectively and contribute to the organization's technological objectives.
This job is a shared role between the Archdiocese of Southwark and the Diocese of Westminster.
Skills/competence requirements-
Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with a flexible pragmatic and collaborative approach Ability to work alone, using initiative Ability to work with complete discretion and confidentiality Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Software packages and Windows operating systems Good knowledge of how computers work and how phones/the internet work.
