Job Description :

You'll be working closely with the Director/Owner and a small, hands-on team, allowing for close collaboration and open communication. As a growing company, we offer room for development, responsibility, and career progression in a supportive and ambitious environment.

This is a pivotal position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, thinks independently, and takes a proactive, get-it-done approach to every task. You'll be responsible for managing everything from schedules, suppliers and subcontractors to quotes, client communication and system admin — all while keeping the director organised and one step ahead.

We want someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do — you'll need to chase, push, prompt, and stay on top of everything. If you're efficient, tech-savvy, resourceful, and confident juggling a wide variety of responsibilities, this could be the ideal role for you.
