Community Care Assistant
Hourly pay:
- Weekdays - £13.85
- Weekends - £15.00
- Bank Holidays - £17.00
- Mileage - 45p per mile
Contract types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentTypical hours: 10 - 35 per week (flexible rotas)Start date: ASAP

What you'll do
- Deliver personal care, companionship and medication support on a 1-to-1 basis or as part of a double-up team
- Follow person-centred care plans and record concise visit notes via our mobile app
- Work a mix of evenings and alternate weekends (daytime shifts also available)
- Travel between calls - your own car and a full UK driving licence are essential
