Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to support our sales efforts.

Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential in reaching a diverse clientele.

Duties

Instore/Exhibition and Telephone outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate interest in our products and services.

• Identify potential leads through research and networking efforts.
• Qualify leads by assessing their needs and potential fit for our offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and updates within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Follow up with leads through various communication channels to nurture relationships.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the lead generation process.

Skills

• Proficient in English
• Ability to communication with a broader audience.
• Experience in telemarketing or sales is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage potential clients confidently.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £150.00-£400.00 per week

Expected hours: 25 - 50 per week
