Job Description:

As an Apprentice Sales & Marketing Executive, you will have the unique opportunity to kick-start your career in the events industry by learning the ins and outs of marketing and selling memberships packages whilst promoting events. This role will provide you with comprehensive training and mentorship, allowing you to develop valuable sales & marketing skills and industry-specific knowledge while actively contributing to the success of our business. Responsibilities:

• Sales & Marketing Training: Participate in an extensive training program to understand the intricacies of selling memberships, learning effective sales techniques and strategies.
• Lead Generation: Assist in the identification and engagement of potential customers through various channels, including targeted social media, email and telephone campaigns.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with potential clients, providing detailed information about the benefits of participating in our events and the value of becoming a member of our exclusive network.
• Relationship Building: Learn the fundamentals of building and maintaining strong business relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction for all clients.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, showcasing the unique advantages of our exhibition stands and membership offerings.
• Performance Evaluation: Participate in regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions, actively seeking opportunities for improvement and growth within the sales department.
