Job Responsibility:

Are you an experienced inbound customer service representative looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Inbound Telesales Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their requirements. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, a good grasp of IT, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. This position will also involve some light administrative tasks.
