Job Responsibility:

The Forge Garage is seeking a Service Advisor for our busy Winton branch.

Experience in the motor industry is essential and previous experience must be 2 years minimum. Please don't apply if you don't meet this criteria.

Duties include:

Supporting the service manager in the following

Scheduling the diary to ensure a steady flow of Mot's(20 aday) and service reair work for the mechanics(3),

Understanding the customer's requirements,

Liaising and negotiating with suppliers,

Ordering parts,operating goods returns procedures and maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times.

Applicants must be honest,calm,and able to work under pressure and manage deadlines.Full and clean driving licence required.
