Bradley Environmental Consultants are delighted to announce that due to the continued success of our company a vacancy has arisen for a Fleet Administrator at our Head Office in Halesowen.

Roles and Responsibilities
The position will require the successful candidate to work in conjunction with the Fleet Manager, to provide vehicle-related support, via in person, by phone and e-mail, to our drivers throughout the UK and including:
- Day-to-day bookings for MOTs, services and repairs
- Processing of parking, speeding, and penalty fines
- Coordinating the delivery of new vehicles at each of our 6 offices
- Ensuring the appropriate vehicle safety checks are carried out by our drivers, and that they are recorded correctly
- Organising vehicle rentals, including car-hire when staff are working abroad
- Providing support to the Fleet Manager where our vehicles are involved in road traffic accidents
- Negotiation with lease providers and garages, with respect to the costs of repair and maintenance (In conjunction with the Fleet Manager)
Person Specification
The successful candidate must also possess the following:
- A good general standard of education to GCSE level, or equivalent including A-C grades in both Maths and English are essential
- Prior experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related administrative role is beneficial but not essential as full training will be given
- Strong organisational skills are essential, preferably demonstrated through recent/previous work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver first rate customer service
- Excellent IT skills with experience of working on a variety of software packages and must possess a proven and proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010
- Keen attention to detail is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to promptly resolve fleet-related issues
- Ability to work under own initiative and manage own workload
- A full valid driving licence
What We Can Offer You
The hours of work are 40 per week Monday to Friday from 8.00am - 4.30pm (part time hours also considered - min 25 up to 40 per week)
- Competitive salary between £24,960.00 - £25,833.60 dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications
- Company paid healthcare (long service award applies at 3 and 5 years)
- A company pension, into which we contribute 3% of qualifying earnings (subject to eligibility)
