Calibrate U.K. Ltd is an independent company operating nationwide medical equipment calibration, servicing, repair and PAT testing services. We are a growing team of remote based office based staff and nationwide technicians.

We require a new member of our booking team to work remotely from home under the leadership of our Lead Booking Coordinator. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Liaising with customers via the telephone & email scheduling new jobs & re-booking existing customer jobs for UK based technicians.
  • Replying to customer queries via phone and email.

Full training will be provided along with ongoing support, both face to face, via phone and our interactive booking system.

Essential attributes:

  • Able to prioritise tasks and adaptable to varying workload.
  • Be self motivated.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
  • A personable individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Hardworking with good organisational skills.
  • Capable and happy working solo for the majority of the time.
  • Access to broadband internet

Desirable attributes:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Your role may involve working in our headoffice at Sheffield during staff training or events.

Our success will rely on your ability to uphold strong customer relationships and be flexible to customer demands.

Schedule:

  • Three days per week 8:30am - 17:00pm - The days are set at Monday/Wednesday/Friday.

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • You will be an exerienced call handler in a customer facing role.
  • Working on multiple tasks at one time.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent.

Contract length: 6 months

Expected hours: 27 per week
