Job Description :

Overview:We are currently seeking a Hotel Night Porter to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and possess excellent phone etiquette skills.

Duties:- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner- Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel entrance and lobby area- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services- Ensure security by monitoring guest access and maintaining visitor logs- Assist with special requests from guests to enhance their experience

Experience:- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is advantageous- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is preferred- Strong communication skills with a polite and courteous demeanour- Ability to handle guest requests promptly and efficiently- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service protocols

You will be required to work 3 night per week

Shift time 10pm to 8am (10hrs)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £8.62-£11.45 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• Night Porter: 1 year (preferred)
