ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Based in Globe House (Head Office) the role reports to the Senior Corporate Finance Manager as part of the New Categories Corporate Finance Team. As part of an established team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of year-end accounting and audit information for the legal entity, supporting month-closure activities and other ad hoc corporate financial reporting activities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Building the Group WMS pricing estimates based on Global Category Managers and Area Procurement business managers price inflation assumptions, cascade it to the Regions/DRBU, ensuring it is embedded within Company Plan and SOP Reporting cycles.
- Keeping a close collaboration with the product costing team and key factories to improve the current processes and ways of working, with the focus on pricing data.
- Reinforcing alignment to Greenbook methodology for Productivity Savings reporting, providing guidance when necessary. Ensuring Savings targets are monitored, issues (if any) are highlighted on time, savings are reported appropriately in the reporting tools (PSTT, BPC). Act as a PSTT superuser for Directs area.
- Providing support and assisting the Functional updates at Group Productivity Committees (GPC) and other key forums.
- Monthly monitoring and analyzing of actual and forecast Overheads budget, ensure allocated budget are accurately used and reported into correct BPC category. Regular reviews with (1) HR, (2) Global Head of Procurement and individual PLT members.
- Providing support as and when needed to the GBS Team in terms of Supplier finance checks.
- Supporting the Global Operations Risk Champion in reporting mitigation activities.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Professional qualification (CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in a global FMCG, Electronic industry or similar dynamic operating environment;
- Experience in strategic analysis & planning and execution, performance metrics, project evaluation and commercial savvy;
- Experience of operations / supply chain, product costing, commercial finance, transfer pricing, tax, treasury, and knowledge of IFRS;
- Understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, i.e. SAP/BPC;
- Strong influencing, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
- Proven experience in business partnering non-financial stakeholders;
- Ability to simplify complex situations and synthesize, communicate, and present complex information;
- Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, pro-active, collaborative, and consultative;
- Independent, able to take own decisions and take calculated risks.
